Simply add the products to your shopping cart while browsing our store. Once you want to proceed with the order - do so by going to the cart and clicking "checkout". Follow the instructions by providing us with delivery information and select payment method the for goods.

Returns

To initiate a return, contact us at info@artimirror.com. We'll guide you through the process.

Once we receive and inspect your returned mirror, we'll notify you about the refund approval. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company might take additional time to process the refund.

If your mirror arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately at info@artimirror.com with your order number and photos of the damaged mirror and packaging. We will assess the damage and offer you a replacement or refund based on the extent of the damage. We strive to resolve such issues promptly to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase.

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not satisfied with your mirror, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving it. The mirror must be in its original condition, unused, and with packaging.

Shipping

Our mirrors are carefully packed with protective materials like foam and bubble wrap, and they are shipped in sturdy wooden boxes to prevent damage during transit. Your mirror will be delivered to you in excellent condition.

Mirrors are custom-made, so the processing time usually takes about 10 business days, depending on their calligraphy complexity. After the cutting, polishing, framing, and quality inspection are finished, the mirrors are shipped using DHL Express. Shipping takes on average 3-5 business days.

Please note that the entire process, including production and shipping, can take up to 15-13 business days.

We ship all of our orders worldwide for free. We are able to provide this service because we work together with the biggest postal service (DHL). All of our orders are shipped with Express service and are insured.
